Terms & Conditions
● An initial introductory “Meet & Greet” session will take place at either the clients home or at Marie's Pawtactic Pet Care business address, depending on which service you require. This is to meet your pet(s) and to ensure the paperwork is complete.
● The client will be asked to complete form(s) about their pet and sign to confirm all information is correct.
● Emergency contact information must be provided and the contact is able to make decisions regarding the clients pet health should the need arise.
● If Marie’s Pawtastic Pet Care cannot make contact with the client or emergency contact and if the clients pet is ill whilst in the care of Marie’s Pawtastic Pet Care shall act on the advice of the Veterinary Surgeon
● If the client requires to cancel the booking, they must do so within 24 hrs of commencement of the booking or their will be charged the service fee in full.
● Clients will be invoiced prior to the booking and payment will be due at time of booking taking place. They will be expected to pay either by cash or bank transfer. If payment is not confirmed by service commencent time then the booking will not go ahead an the client will occur a cancellation fee.
● If in the rare situation where Marie’s Pawtastic Pet Care has to cancel the booking then a full refund will be made
● Marie’s Pawtastic Pet Care agrees to supply Home Sitting and Pet Visits services in accordance with a brief provided by the client, which may include the care of pets and other animals owned by the client; the maintenance of the home will be kept, all within reasonable limits
● Pet care services carried out out at weekend will increase by 25% and pet care services carried out on a bank holiday will increase by 50%
● Marie’s Pawtastic Pet Care cannot accept any liability for the loss or injury of any pet. The client is responsible for all damages to myself or other animals
● Marie’s Pawtastic Pet Care will make every effort to continue normal service and all pre-booked pet care in adverse weather conditions. I will notify you in cases where I am unable to reach you
● An up to date Veterinary Vaccination record will be required to be seen on initial Meet & Greet to show that the clients pet is fully vaccinated and will be required to do again once vaccines have expired
● All Service fees include transport fees including pick up and drop off within a 4 mile radius, then any additional mileage will be charged at 65p per mile thereafter
