Do I have to stay while my pet has their treatment?
I always offer for you to stay for your initial consultation but after you are welcome to drop off and collect afterwards.
Are you Insured?
I am fully insured with Protectivity and can show certificate upon request
Can I leave my key with you for regular home visits?
I am able to keep your key in a locked and secure place ready to use for your pre-booked home visits
How do I know I can trust you?
I have had a DBS check carried out and I can also provide references for additional reassurance
Do you arrange pick up & Drop off service?
I am able to provide this service upon request prior at time of booking for an additional fee
What happens if I am unable to make my appointment?
As long as you give 48hrs notice there will be no cancellation fee to pay, however if you cancel with less that 48 hrs notice your treatment fee will be required in full
Can you administer medications?
I am able to administer medication upon request. This can include preventative treatments such as flea & worming and also prescribed medication ALL prescription medication will have to be provided with up to date Veterinary Instructions
What happens if there is an emergency?
In the unlikely event of an emergency, I will contact yourself in the 1st instance, if you are unreachable I will contact your named emergency contact who you have given permission to act on your behalf. At the initial meet & greet session you will have completed an emergency contact form, providing contact information for people to act on your behalf if I am unable to contact you directly and also providing your veterinary practice details. This is where I will primarily take your pet if veterinary care is required. For minor injuries I will be able to deal with as I always carry a pet First Aid kit

I will always give you as much notice as possible but will always have my annual leave date published on my website
